| Jeff Lunsford – Chairman and CEO Jeff joined Limelight Networks as Chairman and CEO in November 2006. He has served in leadership positions in high-growth Internet and media-focused technology companies since 1994, including roles as Chairman and CEO of WebSideStory, CEO of TogetherSoft Corporation (acquired by Borland Software) and Senior Vice President, Corporate Development of S1 Corporation. From 1988 to 1994, Jeff served as a U.S. Naval Aviator and flew the F/A–18C Hornet as his primary aircraft. He is currently on the Board of Directors of WebSideStory and of Midtown Bank and Trust Company in Atlanta, Georgia. Back to Top |

| Nathan Raciborski – Chief Technical Officer and Co-Founder Nathan is a proven entrepreneur and technologist with a successful track record translating new technology into significant commercial ventures. Currently a partner of Cocoon Capital, an Internet incubator and venture fund, he contributes unparalleled experience in the creation of successive generations of leading-edge Internet delivery models. Prior to Limelight Networks, Nathan was a founder and CTO of Aerocast, a secure broadband streaming venture backed by Motorola and Liberty Media. He also co-founded and managed Internet distribution companies, such as Axient Communications, Entera (acquired by CacheFlow in 2000) and Primenet Services for the Internet, which merged with GlobalCenter and was subsequently acquired by Frontier Communications, where Nathan served as President of Network Services. | Michael Gordon – Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Founder Mike Gordon is co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer for Limelight Networks. In this role he ensures that the company's technologies and services effectively support the digital media strategies and business models of global media companies, Internet companies, and enterprises. For his efforts in this regard, Mike was honoured in April 2008 by Streaming Media Magazine as one of the first "Streaming Media All-Stars”. According to the magazine, Mike is one of "the unsung heroes who've worked behind the scenes to move the online video industry forward over the past ten years." In addition to his work at Limelight, Mike is a member of the Advisory Council of the Internet Society, a professional mentor at the AFI's Digital Content Lab, and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Museum of the Moving Image. | Philip C. Maynard – Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary Phil brings nearly three decades of legal experience in both corporate and private practice to Limelight Networks. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary at FileNet Corporation. Prior to FileNet, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at SRS Labs, a leading developer and provider of audio and voice technology solutions. Earlier in his career, Phil held general counsel positions for companies such as Wonderware, the Software Systems Division of Invensys, National Education Corporation, Orchids Paper Products and T & S Development. | David Hatfield – Senior Vice President, Products, Marketing and Sales David joined Limelight Networks in March 2007 to lead the company's global sales and marketing teams and direct its product management, technical services and customer care organisations. He brings 17 years of marketing and sales leadership experience across the high technology landscape, with emphasis on content delivery, application performance and storage, security and infrastructure management. Before joining Limelight Networks, David was Vice President and General Manager of Symantec Professional Services for the Americas — having joined Symantec through the acquisition of Veritas, where he successfully integrated an enterprise sales team of nearly 400 associates. Prior to Veritas, he led the North American direct sales organisation at Akamai Technologies, playing a key role in establishing the company as a leading content delivery services provider. David's earlier positions include Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations at Reardon Commerce (formerly Talaris Corporation) and leadership roles at Gartner Group and Xerox Corporation. | Jonathan Cobb – CTO, Mobility and Monetization Solution Jonathan Cobb is the chief technology officer for the mobility and monetization group of Limelight Networks. In this role, Jonathan is charged with working with content creators on their long-term publishing and advertising strategies. Jonathan joined Limelight Networks from Miltonic, Inc, a Silicon-Valley start-up that he founded. Miltonic specialized in device-optimized delivery and monetization solutions, and was acquired by Limelight Networks in May 2009. Jonathan has held numerous senior engineering including Senior Software Architect for Covalent Technologies, an enterprise-class software and services company. He has also played integral roles in founding and running several start-ups including Hyperic Software, producers of HQ, a popular IT management software system. | Dan Heydenfeldt – Vice President, Client Services As leader of the company’s account management, technical management, order management and professional services teams, Dan is dedicated to redefining CDN service delivery in ways that maximise customers’ business results. With over 20 years in the business advisory and high technology industries, his career has emphasised customer retention and growth within recurring revenue business models. Before joining Limelight Networks, Dan served as Vice President of Symantec Professional Services for North America, where he held executive and P&L responsibilities for business teams of nearly 350 associates. Prior to Symantec, Heydenfeldt was Chief Marketing Officer for The Hackett Group, a business advisory firm that delivers benchmarking, membership-based research and consulting services spanning SG&A support functions for Fortune 1000 companies. | Bill Loewenthal - Vice President and General Manager, Mobility and Monetisation Solutions Bill Loewenthal is Vice President and General Manager of the mobility and monetisation group within Limelight Networks. In this role, Bill is responsible for growing the companies’ mobile and dynamic ad insertion business and product lines. Prior to joining Limelight Networks, Bill was chief executive officer of Kiptronic, Inc., which was acquired by Limelight Networks in May 2009. Priot to Kiptronic, Bill served as Vice President and General Manager of the ReplayTV business unit at D&M Holdings. While at ReplayTV, he restructured the business to focus on software and services and created pivotal relationships for the company. Prior to ReplayTV, Bill was one of the first management team members at Command Audio, an on-demand media technology company, which raised over $80 million from Tier 1 venture funds and strategic investors. Bill’s career in technology spans more than 20 years, working at early stage start-up and large companies involved with the delivery of on-demand digital media, subscription services, software licensing and solutions for content owners and service providers. | Shinji Tsukamoto – Vice President, Japan Shinji leads our business operations for the unique and strategic market of Japan. With more than 14 years of media and online advertising experience, he has a proven record of building and leading innovative technology companies. Most recently, Shinji served as Senior Director for Microsoft Digital Advertising Solutions in the MSN Japan organisation, where he was responsible for the revenue of all Microsoft online media advertising and for launching the MDAS brand itself. His 14-year career of industry leadership also includes positions as President and Chief Operating Officer of Critical Path Japan K.K. and management positions in the Internet business segment of Mitsui & Co.
